1 . What is your return policy?
You may cancel an order as long as it has not been shipped. Once your order is shipped the sale becomes final and no refund may be issued. In the case where we have shipped the wrong product or the product is a defect, simply return the package to us and we will send you the correct replacement.
2 . Can I return a product I purchased at one of your retailers?
Unfortunately, products purchased through stores can only be returned via the store which you ordered from. Each store will have its own return policy, please confirm their policies before making the purchase.
3 . How long does it take from the time I order to receive my stuff?
All orders will be processed for shipping within 48 hours. Depending on your method of shippping you choose you should recieve your items within 7-10 business days.
4 . What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we offer Visa and Mastercard as payment methods.
5 . How can I carry your stuff at my store?
